Olamide Should Just Stick To Collaborating With Young Stars
The living legend, Olamide Baddo seems to be getting his crown around making songs with upcoming stars
It seems everyone is enjoying this new Baddo with his workaround in recent time. The YBNL boss had tried enough to drag the space with Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy from time which seems to be somehow difficult for the YBNL boss.
He’s released more than four EPs/Albums in the space of three years, in that distance, Burna Boy has silenced the industry with “Twice As Tall“, Wizkid has also disturbed us with “Made In Lagos“.
It’s not really for any top artiste to be seen during that time as competition is so high. Even Davido had to fall back to strategies despite registering with two albums namely “A Good Time” and “A Better Time”.
Somebody somewhere needs to seat Olamide down to focus more on his signees (Fireboy, Asake and co) then stick on dropping bars on upcoming stars, it seems that’s working for him.
You all can see what he did on Portable’s “Zazoo Zehh”, collaboration with TI Blaze on the track “Sometimes” is so perfect to be and his contribution on Asake’s “Omo Ope” can never be overlooked.
So my opinion, Baddo should forget about fighting or battling with his colleagues, rather, he should give us more verses on new coming stars.
Olamide is a legend!
